Appalachian Festival

September 11-12, 2010

The festival events include 14 live stage performances over the two day event plus outdoor blue grass jam sessions, special outdoor grill menu of burgers, hotdogs, chicken and a hog roast, activities for the entire family including hayrides, basket makers, local artists, Ohio Hills Spinners and Weavers demonstrations, old time musical instrument displays and demonstrations, farmers market and quilt display and sale.

Admission to the festival is free with overnight reservation at Salt Fork State Park Lodge. Find out more.

1st Annual Salt Fork Gospel Jubilee

November 13, 2010

From 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Salt Fork Lodge is the site for a weekend of musical inspiration & harmony. Seven different bluegrass bands will be playing music throughout this event with several vendors demonstrating and selling items that will be in keeping with the theme of the weekend. Everyone is invited to a hog roast and bonfire on Saturday evening. More details to come.
