Timbers Restaurant

Located in the lovely rural setting of southeastern Ohio, Salt Fork Lodge & Conference Center offers one of the most unique dining experiences in the area. The rustic atmosphere of the Lodge lends itself to a range of dining events from casual or family friendly dining to intimate or formal affairs. Guests will find surprising and enticing menu selections that are certain to please everyone.

The dramatic space of Timbers Restaurant is a combination of high ceilings, rustic ambiance and historic murals. Able to accommodate over 150 patrons and a lounge seating 60, the restaurant is open to the public, offers weekend specials and is family friendly. Enjoy our warm and generous staff and an unparalleled vista of Salt Fork Lake from the floor to ceiling windows. We are dedicated to providing a wide variety of delicious entrees for each meal, but no matter what you choose, always save room for dessert - we won't disappoint.

Hours of Operation:

Breakfast: 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
(open until 9:00 p.m. Friday & Saturday evenings)

Summer Hours:
Extended hours from mid-June through mid-August.
Breakfast: begins at 7:00 a.m.
Dinner: served until 9:00 p.m.
(open until 10:00 p.m. Friday & Saturday evenings)

Smoking Policy

Please note that our lodge, in accordance with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, provides a smoke-free environment to park guests. We ask that this non-smoking policy be observed inside all guestrooms and balconies, cottages and public areas. Smoking is permitted 30 feet outside the public buildings.

The Lodge is a liquor permit holder, and in accordance with the Ohio Liquor Laws, alcoholic beverages purchased off premises are not permitted. We thank you for your cooperation.
